BOOK YOUR SESSION

  • As part of my custom sessions, would you believe I’m going to come to you and help you choose your outfits! This takes that burden off your plate, so instead of being anxious, you’ll be excited about your upcoming session. We’ll select flattering outfits that support your brand, match your colors, boost your confidence, and help you look and feel amazing. Plan for about five complete outfits from head to toe.

    If this is an Addendum Headshot Session for your company look at what your colleagues are wearing and see if there’s a dress code.

    If this is an Express Session, a good rule of thumb is to match your clothing to your eye or hair color. Most people look great in jewel tones.

  • Custom Portrait and Location sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Addendum and Express Sessions are scheduled on Thursdays, 10AM - 5PM, with exceptions.

  • Absolutely! We try to get it right in camera, and we’ll also polish up your look. We’ll remove stray hair, blemishes, minor wrinkles, darkness under the eyes, whiten teeth, fix clothing wrinkles and gaps around the collar. Upon request and for an extra charge, expert retouching can be done to take off 10 years for example, shed 20 pounds, fix your neck, remove braces or anything not included above.

  • I’ll show you a few images as we go to make sure you’re happy with your look. Immediately after our session I’ll expertly guide you through the selection process and we’ll narrow it down to all your favorite images.

  • That’s completely up to you, what you want and all the different uses we’ll discuss before we begin the session. You may want a mixture of outfits, backdrops and expressions. Some people choose the number of images included with their session, while others choose as many as 35, 45 and up. We’re going to get you a portfolio of images, the best you’ve ever seen of yourself, so don’t get mad at me if you want them all !

  • Depending on how many images you choose and how many people we’re photographing, it can be 7 - 10 days. Sooner if necessary. I do offer a rush service for an additional fee.

  • Personal usage is included with the cost of the image. This means you can use your headshots on social media, your website, your business cards, for speaking engagements, etc. Actors may print these out for their 8x10s. The commercial use of these images is not included. Commercial usage, using these on paid advertising campaigns or on products, like books, to be sold, is not included. Ask GreenEarth Photography for pricing for commercial usage.

  • You are. You’ll see when we start photographing. You just haven’t had a photographer who found the best angles, lighting and expressions. I can see your face, you can’t. I coach you to give me the expressions that look best for you, adjust your hair and clothing, give you oil blotting sheets and also offer bringing in a hair and makeup artist for an additional charge.

  • Yes please. We highly recommend hair and makeup to people who like it done, but don’t often do it themselves. Everyone has loved the experience, and especially how they look in their new headshots. You have the option to add this service when you book your session. We will confirm we have an artist available for that date and time and let you know if we need to alter the appointment time.
