About Katie

Denver headshot photographer Katie WarnkeHi there and welcome to GreenEarth Photography! My name is Katie Warnke and I specialize in professional headshots for savvy business people here in the Denver area. You can come to my new studio located in the Curtis Park neighborhood, or I can come to your office in the greater Denver metro area and beyond.

Have you been needing an updated headshot for awhile now, but Hate having your picture taken? Is everyone telling you that you Need to change that dark, out-of-focus selfie or cut out from a family photo profile image? I can help! These are the people I work with everyday.

Most people I photograph appreciate the results right out of the camera. They almost always leave saying the session was actually fun, and much easier and painless than they anticipated.

I will work with you to get you looking your very best with the right angle, lighting, background and expression. I do lots of little tweaks with your posture, head tilt, leaning, smile until I get the look I’m seeking and Bang, that’s the one. Each and every one of you is beautiful and I work to reach in and pull that out to reveal your best self.

I also photograph High School Senior Portraits, Yoga Portraits and Goddess Sessions. Find related images by clicking on the links and contact me for pricing. You can find information on High School Senior Portrait pricing here.

About Katie:  I moved to Denver in June of 2009 and had to restart my photography business here. One of the first jobs I was asked to photograph was a series of headshots. Word got out and I was asked to do about 20 more for Denver’s Small Business Development Center. I realized there was a market for headshots for company’s websites, LinkedIn, annual reports, speaking engagements, resumes and began photographing more and more until it became my niche.

I received my photojournalism degree from Ohio University in 1995. I worked as a staff photographer at The News-Press in Fort Myers, Florida; my home town paper, the Milwaukee Journal in Wisconsin; and the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram in Ohio. Throughout my career, I have photographed historical moments; presidential campaigns; the 1999 Broncos win at Super Bowl XXXIII for USA Today; the World’s Fair in Lisbon, Portugal; wildfires from a helicopter; jet ski races from above on a parasail; private moments of celebration, loss and mourning. I am thankful for each of these experiences and for the awards and honors I have received along the way.
